Vintage Hazel Atlas Moderntone cobalt blue sugar and creamer.
Measurements: 3" tall X 4 1/2" wide creamer, 5" wide sugar bowl.
There is a 3/8" wide chip on the base of the creamer-see 2nd to last picture.
