    Description

    This
vintage Color Club Twin Tips Alphabet Mini Stampers set
    is
    adorable
    !
I used these in my kindergarten classroom
, and my students absolutely loved them!
Due to the age of this set, some of the stampers have dried up.  But, they can easily be reused with a washable ink stamp pad.
    This
set is clean and comes from a smoke free home
    .
    This
    colorful
set contains 13 washable markers with capital letter stamps on each end.  This mini stamper set was made by Pentech
    .  They
    easily
wash from skin and most children's clothing
    .  The
    markers measure 6.375" long and
    are
    for children ages 3+ yrs.
Stamping is so fun and easy for children with these markers!
    These
stampers work best when used on a hard surface
    .
Simply stamp firmly onto a piece of paper.  Then, lift off for the perfect print!  Children
can create their own personalized note paper, with the mini stampers, by stamping their name around the paper.
They can then write notes to their friends using their own custom stationary.
I used these mini stampers, throughout the year, in my classroom.  We used them both during Math and Literacy Centers.  At the beginning of the year, we used them in Math Centers to work on patterning skills.  I just supplied children with long strips of paper, so they could create their own letter patterns and extend them all the way to the end of the strips.
They had a ball doing this exercise!  We then hung them up in the classroom.
At the beginning of the year, we used them during Literacy Centers to stamp out student names.
During Literacy Centers, we also worked on capital letter recognition.  We played a game where students called out a letter and then selected somebody from the small group to find the correct marker and stamp it on a piece of paper.  If the student selected and stamped the proper letter, the marker was removed from the set, and the group scored a point.  The children were so excited to try to get rid of as many markers as possible and score the most points!
We also used the stampers to reinforce alphabetical order by stamping out the alphabet on long strips of paper.  Later on in the year, children again used these markers, during Literacy Centers, to stamp out high-frequency sight words.
This particular set of markers is rare and very hard to find!  I have not seen any others currently selling online.
    This
set would make a wonderful addition to a daycare, preschool, or kindergarten classroom
    !  It
would also be great to have in a household with young children
!  I am hoping to find these mini stampers a good home.
