    Description

    FREE Shipping Lower 48 States !! Vintage Model Airplane Engine # 4766 Modified Drone Gold Crown Diesel .295 from the 1940s era. Engine has excellent compression, doesnt appear to have had a lot of run time. The original owner took a dremel tool - die grinder & removed metal from the bottom screw mounts/bulge areas of the engine so it would fit into his airplane is my guess. Top 2 screws on the backing plate are original, the bottom 2 screws with washers are replacements. Everything looks tight & secure & I highly doubt it will leak from this area, simply paint the bare metal & install into your project. Excellent choice for the vintage pilot or flyer.
