Vintage 7lb. Tanaka QCP-121 engine possibly for a minibike or RC car truck
This is a Tanaka QCP-121 engine. It is in good shape but is dirty and will need cleaning. The tank does not leak. Some of the nuts and screws are missing as well as other parts. All the internal components are present and the recoil pull starter works with good compression by hand. The hoses are hard and the fuel line from the tank has been cut and will need replacement. The three studs surrounding the drive shaft are removable and are keeping the shaft protected and the threaded holes clean from debris.
This engine was used with a pump but can be used for a variety of other tasks. It has not been started and may not work, it is untested and sold as is.
It measures 11" high to the top of the tank and weighs 7lbs 4oz. 1/2" diameter shaft.
