Vintage 1930's Disney Mickey Mouse Pencil Holder By Dixon Co Rare

This is a rare 1930's Mickey mouse pencil holder made by Dixon company. It appears to be made of some kind of composite material almost like a mix of wood and plastic that's hard to explain. Mickey stands approximately 5 in tall. He is an excellent condition there is some spots where the paint has chipped off but the material itself is not chipped.
