Royal Crown Derby, English Bone China, Black Aves A.1310, RCD 1985 XLVIII.
Ginger jar or spice jar missing it's top.
4 1/4" tall x 3" in widest diameter.
Opening at top is 2".
All gold pin striping is solid with no wear, nice, vivid and shiny gold.
Transfer ware is also in very nice shape with scenes clear and detailed.
Unfortunately there is no lid but with some creativity could be used as decor or vase for a small tea party or breadsticks holder or candy cane holder at the holidays, on and on.
It's just a pretty piece to look at, period.
Don't see any cracks or crazing.  It's in fine bone china shape!!
