    Description

    Poled PVDF piezoelectric film 50 um thick. Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 29-31 pC/N. d33 is around 22 pC/N and modulus is around 2.7 GPa.
    For 50 um thick piezo film, the transparent ITO Electrode with 200+/-50 ohm/sq resistance both surfaces.
    One sheet with size is 200 mm x 230 mm.
