We have multiple Fedex shipping options that should be used for

orders that include tarantulas or scorpions. Venomous animals are not permitted  to be shipped via  USPS
USPS shipping options are available
only
for supplies, plants, isopods, and other non-venomous invertebrates. Please select the correct shipping option at checkout to avoid your order being shipped via the wrong shipping method or canceled. Shipping tarantulas via USPS is illegal and should not be attempted by anyone.
Orders ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Orders placed after 3 PM Sunday will usually ship Tuesday.
(There may be up to 3-7 days before your order is shipped in rare cases.)
All of our orders are shipped in Styrofoam insulated boxes with a heatpak when necessary.
TO QUALIFY FOR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
-Any cases of DOA should be reported Immediately
-FEDEX Delivery must be accepted on first delivery attempt
(not left on porch)
-DOA must be reported within 4 hours of delivery
-Photos of animal’s head/carapace punctured with needle or tack to prove DOA
-If High/Low temps in delivery area are above 85 or below 40 degrees, order must be held for pickup at FEDEX facility.
-DOA will be refunded as a credit towards future orders. Sorry no cash refunds.
