    Replacement Remote Receiver fits/works with most Ceiling fans from Hampton Bay, Harbor Breeze, Emerson, GE, Craftmade, Monte Carlo, Mesa Vista, Concord, Fanimation, Mesa Vista etc...
    May or may not work with Minka Aire fans (will work with older models and NOT work with newer models (email us for details)
    This unit will control forward and reverse fan speed (1 AMP) and DIM regular bulbs for Up and down light set.
    Dimming function may not work with some older remotes (On/Off light function will still work).
    If you need a  new remote that has DIMMING light function then please contact us.
    This receiver will replace many other Models including UC7067RC / UC7067 / FAN-18R / FAN-28R (email us the number from the side to confirm)
