European Burl Wood grain ABS Plastic Sheet 24" x 36" x 1/8" thick Brand New

Description

This beautiful plastic sheet consists of a 1/8" thick sheet of ABS plastic with a photo realistic European Burl Wood grain image on one side sealed with a thin clear acrylic layer on top of the image.  It looks like a sheet of wood with 20 coats of polished lacquer on top.  There is a crystal clear removable protective sheet protecting the polished clear acrylic surface.
The sheet is slightly bowed as part of the manufacturing process and will flatten out if mounted on a flat surface.
This material can be used anywhere you would use wood as a decorative accent.
This material can be worked many ways:
- Cut with any kind of saw
- Scored with a sharp carpet knife and snapped along the cut
- Routed
- Heat formed
- Vacuum Formed
- Heat Bent
- Glued with ABS glue, epoxy or super glue
If the clear acrylic surface gets minor scratches they can be polished out like you would a car finish
The wood grain is not affected by UV rays
