    HDPE is known for it large strength-to-density ratio.
    This strip has not been machined but can be processed with any woodworking tools.  One 3" side is "rough" and one 3" side is "smooth".
    This would make a great custom made bunk board guide or slide-on.  It can also be used for any multitude of marine, water or outdoor applications including cushion backings and rod holders.
    This material will not rot or fade due to sunlight or water.
