This is a special order which is non returnable and non refundable.
All of our dimensions are NOMINAL. There is a length and width tolerance of (+/-)1/8" or 0.118"
Special Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.
The standard industry thickness tolerance is a few hundredths of an inch.

and will be shipped with standard ground shipping using USPS or UPS
as determined by our warehouse manager. If there is an issue with
receiving deliveries from one of these carriers please let us know
prior to placing the order.
We also can do custom cuts,
a minimum of 10 pieces.
We cannot cut anything under 6".

once we receive your payment. If you pay by e-check, we will ship your order once your payment is

We do not ship on weekend or public holidays

A shipping notification with a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please note there is not always a tracking number for international orders.
We are not responsible for the time frame of delivery for the shipment.
Once we ship your package, the carrier is responsible for the timing of the delivery.

We are not responsible for any customs duty incurred at foreign customs. Or any hold ups with customs. Please note that international orders can hold in customs for ups to 45 days, no questions asked.
